Organize PDF pages
A document that came out of a scanner in the wrong order, a report whose appendix belongs at the front, a batch of receipts that fed through upside down and backwards: the fix is to see the pages and move them. That is what this does. Your PDF's pages are drawn here, in this tab, and you drag one onto the place it should go. Every page also has two arrows, so the same rearrangement works on a keyboard, on a phone, and with a screen reader — which drag-and-drop alone does not. The drawing happens on your own machine, so unlike the usual page organiser the file is not uploaded first and there is nothing of yours sitting on anyone's server while you decide. When the order is right, save it: the pages are copied across untouched, so text stays selectable and images stay as sharp as they were.

Frequently asked questions
- Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. The pages are drawn and reordered in your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
- Can I reorder without dragging?
- Yes. Every page has arrows that move it one place earlier or later, which works on a keyboard, on a phone and with a screen reader.
- Can I delete pages here as well?
- No, and that is deliberate: this tool rearranges the pages you have. Remove pages from PDF is the one that takes pages out.
- Does reordering reduce the quality?
- No. The pages are copied into their new order untouched, so text stays text and images are not re-encoded.
- What about a document with hundreds of pages?
- The first 200 pages are drawn as pictures and the rest appear as numbered cards, which still move the same way. Above 50 MB the reordering itself runs on our servers, and those files are deleted two hours later.
